I accept everyone whether they have a video or not. I've sent out numerous requests to different users but some of them cannot even appreciate my contribution to the community. They just blank my request while adding other users. Instead, I'm just going to stop sending out requests and just wait for people to add me instead. I cannot be bothered by waiting for people to accept my request. I know who these users are and if they change their mind and want to add me in the future because of a new private video I uploaded, then tough luck because you had your chance.
